Mr Derrick Roberts first work with Oxmond Constructions as their Engineer in the 80s & 90s and later resign to be independent, ever since then he has execute many contracts with major Civil Engineering company such as Bechtel Group Inc, Fluor Corp, KHBR lnc, to mention but few.

Mr Derrick Roberts has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the beginning and as a Director on the Board since 2002 . Mr Derrick Roberts previous experience Civil Engineering industry includes leadership roles in general management, operations, marketing and strategic planning for companies. Mr Derrick Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Reno University, Turkey and an M.S. in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Florida.
